Abstract

The utility model relates to a part of a device for extracting and draining gas in coal mine, in particular to an angle-adjustable PE elbow connection device for extracting gas in coal mine. The angle-adjustable PE elbow connection device solves the problem that the joint in the prior gas extraction drainage device can not suits multiple positions on site. The angle-adjustable PE elbow connectiondevice comprises an upper elbow and a lower elbow, wherein the upper elbow is socket-connected with the lower elbow; an anti-loosing screw is connected between the upper elbow and the lower elbow; fastening screw caps with the internal thread are respectively sheathed on the outer ports of the upper elbow and the lower elbow; a clamping sleeve is arranged in the thread-free segment of the fastening screw caps; and a seal ring and a clamp ring are arranged between the clamping sleeve and the ports. The structure of the angle-adjustable PE elbow connection device results in lighter weight, whichfacilitates transportation and installation. By adopting the composite bidirectional design of the upper elbow and the lower elbow, the connection part not only can be sealed under the negative pressure, but also can be rotated by any angles at will.
本实用新型涉及一种煤矿井下进行瓦斯抽放装置部件,具体为一种煤矿井下瓦斯抽放用可调角度PE弯头连接装置。解决现有瓦斯抽放装置中弯头不能适应现场多种位置情况的问题。结构包括上弯头、下弯头,上弯头和下弯头套接,在上弯头和下弯头之间连接有防松螺钉,在上弯头和下弯头的外端口分别套设有带有内螺纹的锁紧螺帽,锁紧螺帽的非螺纹段内设有卡紧套,卡紧套和端口之间设有密封圈、卡环。使整体重量变轻,利于携带和安装;采用上弯头和下弯头组合式的双向设计,连接部分即可达到负压下密封效果,又可实现任意角度旋转。
