Clamp for processing optical element surface

Abstract

The utility model relates to a clamp for processing an optical element surface. The clamp comprises cylindrical clamping seats. The bottom surface of an inner cavity of each clamping seat is a supporting surface which adopts a buffering gasket to support a contact surface of an optical element to undergo surface processing. Each clamping seat is provided with an inner circle peripheral surface matched with the outside diameter of the optical element so as to clamp the outer circle peripheral surface of the optical element. The clamp also comprises a pedestal on which a plurality of clamping holes are arranged. Axes of all clamping holes are joined at one point. Each clamping hole is provided with one clamping seat and one buffering gasket. The clamping holes are provided with inner circleperipheral surfaces matched with the outside diameters of the clamping seats so as to clamp the outer circle peripheral surfaces of the clamping seats. The buffering gaskets are positioned between thebottoms surfaces of the clamping seats and the bottom surfaces of the clamping holes. The clamp has a simple and reasonable structure, is conveniently operated and accurately positioned, realizes high production accuracy and is widely applicable.
