Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种焊接球阀,包括阀体、阀球和阀杆,所述阀体由本体和固定连接在所述本体右侧的阀帽构成,所述本体和阀帽之间设有相互对接的密封端面,其特征在于至少一个密封端面上设有与另一个密封端面相接触的环形密封凸起,所述阀球位于所述阀体内,所述阀杆穿过所述本体上的阀杆孔,其下端同所述阀球连接,上端位于所述本体的外面。所述环形密封凸起设置在所述阀帽的密封端面上或者设置所述本体的密封端面上,所述环形密封凸起的横断面是呈楔形或弧形,所述楔形的顶端是尖角或者呈弧形。这种球阀本体和阀帽之间的密封性能好,可以耐受更高的温度和压力,以扩大阀门的适应范围,避免或减少介质泄露。
The utility model relates to a welding ball valve which comprises a valve body, a valve ball and a valve rod, wherein the valve body consists of a body and a valve hood fixedly connected at the rightside of the body, and mutually butted sealing end surfaces are arranged between the body and the valve hood; and the welding ball valve is characterized in that: at least one sealing end surface is provided with an annular sealed bulge contacted with the other sealing end surface, the valve ball is positioned inside the valve body, the valve rod passes through a valve rod hole in the body, the lower end of the valve rod is connected with the valve ball, and the upper end thereof is positioned on the outer surface of the body. The annular sealed bulge is arranged on the sealing end surface of the valve hood or on the sealing end surface of the body, the cross section of the annular sealing bulge is wedge-shaped or arc-shaped, and the top end of the wedge shape is a sharp corner or arc-shaped. The welding ball valve has good sealing performance between the ball valve body and the valve hood, and can bear higher temperature and pressure, thus expanding the adaptation range of the valve and avoiding or reducing medium leakage.
