Abstract

The utility model discloses a bone lamella applicable to hip, which is shaped like a long three-dimensional plate and forms two curvature bends at intervals along the length direction; the structure of the two curvature bends forms a first waist part and a second waist part; for the bone lamella, a first section is from one end to the first waist part along the length direction; a second section is between the first waist part and the second waist part; a third section is from the second waist part to the other end of the bone lamella; the bending deflection of the first section corresponds and conforms to the ischial spine of the hip; the bending deflection of the third section corresponds and conforms to the anterior inferior iliac spine of the hip; the bending deflection of the second section corresponds and conforms to the iliac bone between the ischial spine and the anterior inferior iliac spine; one side of the second section is a remote acetabular bone side which is back to theacetabulum; the other opposite side thereof is a close acetabular bone side which is close to the acetabulum; the inner surface of the second section is a concave cambered surface; and the inner surface of the third section is a concave bottom cambered surface. The bone lamella can more effectively fit the shapes of the corresponding acetabulum zone and the iliac zone, thus leading medical staffsto conduct the operation of amendment, building and completion in the shortest time, and shortening the operation time of fracture.
一种适用于髋骨的骨板,该骨板是长形立体板状,沿长度方向间隔形成两个曲度转折,该两个曲度转折的构形成第一腰部与第二腰部,骨板沿长度方向由一端至第一腰部是第一区段,第一腰部至第二腰部之间是第二区段,第二腰部至骨板的另一端是第三区段,第一区段的弯曲挠度与髋骨的坐骨棘对应相符,第三区段的弯曲挠度与髋骨的骼前下棘对应相符,第二区段的弯曲挠度与坐骨棘、骼前下棘之间的骼骨对应相符,第二区段一侧为背向髋臼的远臼侧,另一相对侧是接近髋臼的近臼侧,第二区段内表面是一凹入的弧面,而第三区段内表面是一凹入的底弧面。本实用新型的骨板可以更有效地贴合对应髋臼、骼骨区域的形状,使医疗人员在最短时间内修正打造完成,缩减骨折手术时间。
