本实用新型提供的双卫生稳流补偿器,它是由稳流补偿器金属基体、管道接口、真空抑制器接口、压力传感器接口、排污阀、鞍座以及电泳涂漆层和极瓷复合层组成。各部件组焊完毕后,内外表面进行打砂除锈,并经酸洗和清水、净水冲洗后,烘干,再在内部复合极瓷材料,最后再对外部进行电泳涂漆。使其内外表面都形成致密的保护膜,保护金属基体免受腐蚀,保证了内外表面的卫生,避免污染水质,同时也延长了设备寿命。本实用新型有效地避免了因稳流补偿器本身材质对水质造成的二次污染,提高了稳流补偿器内外表面的耐腐蚀性,达到卫生和延长设备寿命的效果,是无负压给水设备的重要部件。
The utility model provides a double hygiene steady flow compensator, which comprises a metal base body, a pipeline joint, a vacuum suppressor connector, a pressure sensor connector, a drain valve, a saddle seat, an electrophoretic paint coating layer and a pole porcelain composite layer. After all members are assembled and welded together, the inner surface and the outer surface of each member areblasted and derusted, and the members are dried after going through acid washing and being washed by clean water. Then the inner portion is compounded with pole porcelain materials, and lastly elecrophoretic coating is performed for the outer portion, thereby compact protection membranes are formed on the inner surface and the outer surface, the metal base body is prevented from corrosion, hygiene of the inner surface and the outer surface is guaranteed, water pollution is avoided, and simultaneously the service life of the device is prolonged. The double hygiene steady flow compensator has the advantages of effectively avoiding secondary pollution to water because of own materials of the steady flow compensator, improving anti-corrosion performance of the inner surface and the outer surface of the steady flow compensator, achieving hygiene effect, prolonging the service life of the device, and is an important component of non-negative pressure water supply devices.
