Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种玉米收获机割台,由收获机割台支架、位于割台支架上的动力传送装置、拨禾装置、摘穗输送装置及割台导行护罩组成,拨禾链条和拨禾齿突出于割台导行护罩的边缘外。由于拨禾链条和拨禾齿突出于割台导行护罩的边缘外,大大加大了拨禾链条和拨禾齿与玉米秸的接触,能将接触到玉米秸和半倒伏的玉米秸统统纳入收获范围。故实现了对玉米的不对行收获,提高了工作效率。经收获试验证明:本实用新型玉米收净率≥98%、果穗损失率<1.5%、籽粒破碎率<1%、果穗含杂率<2.5%。大大高于玉米收获机生产应用需达到的技术性能指标要求。
The utility model discloses a corn harvester header consisting of a harvester header bracket, as well as a power transmission device, a reeling device, a picking transmission device and a header travel guide guard shield positioned on the header bracket, wherein, a reeling chain and reeling teeth protrude out of the edges of the header travel guide guard shield. Since the reeling chain and the reeling teeth protrude out of the edges of the header travel guide guard shield, a significant increase in the contact between the reeling chain as well as the reeling teeth and corn stalks is caused, both corn stalks within reach of the utility model and partially lodged corn stalks can be harvested, thereby realizing corn harvesting without row alignment and improving work efficiency. The harvesting test gives evidence that the utility model greatly exceeds requirements for production and application of core harvesters concerning technical performance index, with net corn harvesting rate equalto or larger than 98 percent, fruit cluster loss rate smaller than 1.5 percent, grain damage rate smaller than 1 percent, and fruit cluster trash content smaller than 2.5 percent.
