本实用新型公开了一种荧光增白纤维,是由多条单丝组成的丝束,丝束中单丝杂乱排列,单丝的横截面形状为四个角分别呈90°的四角星形,单丝表面覆盖有增白层。利用四角星形单丝上形成的四个凹槽,增加了纤维的比表面积,使纤维具有更加良好的柔软手感,使用该截面形状织成的织物纤维表面有众多凹槽,导气、导湿效果明显,透气性好、保暖性强、干爽舒适。增白层覆盖在单丝表面,使得纤维视觉上带有蓝光而更加洁白,荧光粉制成的层体具有环保无污染、对人体无毒副作用、白度高、色牢度强的优点,减少了后期染色带来的环境污染,适合制作各种白衬衫、鞋材、白袜子、白医疗服饰等。

The whitening layers are covered on the surfaces of the monofilaments, and therefore, the fiber has blue light visibly and then is whiter. A layer made of fluorescent powder is environment-friendly and pollution-free, does not have toxic and side-effect, and is high in color fastness. The fluorescent whitening fiber reduces environment pollution caused by latter dying, and is suitable for manufacturing white shirts, shoes, white socks, white medical clothes and the like.
