Abstract

为了克服力矩电机式电缆卷筒传动性能差;液力耦合式电缆卷筒变矩器工作时,油温升高需要散热,工作效率低,弹力式电缆卷筒工作时弹簧易疲劳,使用寿命短,作业范围受到很大限制的问题,本实用新型提供一种安装有液压可调扭矩卷线装置,扩大卷线装置的作业范围,提高工作效率,使用液压泵传递发动机或电动机的部分功率,可以无级地改变传动比,使发动机或电动机的功率得到充分的利用,具有调节与布局更灵活性及高功率特性。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:液压泵(1)通过控制阀(2)将动力传递给马达(3),马达(3)通过变速器(4)驱动摩擦式力矩连轴器(5),由摩擦式力矩连轴器(5)带动不同的卷筒(6)、卷筒(7)和卷筒(8)工作。
The utility model provides a coiling device with hydraulic adjustable torque, which aims at resolving the problems that the transmission performance of a torque motor type cable drum is poor; when a torque converter of a fluid coupling cable drum works, oil needs radiating due to raised temperature thereof, and the work efficiency is low; when a spring type cable drum works, a spring is easy to cause fatigue, the service life is short, and the operating range is greatly limited. The coiling device with hydraulic adjustable torque adopts the following technical scheme to resolve the technical problems: a hydraulic pump (1) transfers power to a motor (3) through a control valve (2); the motor (3) drives a friction torque coupling (5) through a transmission gear box (4); the friction torque coupling (5) drives a drum (6), a drum (7) and a drum (8) to work. The coiling device with hydraulic adjustable torque enlarges the work range, improves working efficiency, is capable of changing transmission ratio by transmitting partial power of an engine or an electromotor through the hydraulic pump, leads the power of the engine or the electromotor to be utilized sufficiently, and is characterized by being more flexible in adjustment and arrangement and having higher power.
