Abstract

The utility model relates to a spiral fluidizing chlorination furnace without sieve plates. A seal cover is arranged at the bottom of a fluidizing segment; a deslagging port is formed at the bottom ofthe seal cover; a plurality of chlorine gas spray pipes distributed around the wall of the seal cover are embedded in the housing at the upper part of the seal cover; a ring-shaped voltage stabilizing pipe is sleeved at the periphery of the seal cover; and the tail ends of the chlorine gas spray pipes are closely connected to the ring-shaped voltage stabilizing pipe. The chlorine gas spray pipesare arranged in a deflection manner, so as to form a rotary airflow similar to tornado; and high-titanium slag can not only stably suspend in the airflow but also maintain favorable fluidized state, so that the working conditions of fluidizing chlorination is very stable, and the efficiency of chlorination reaction is high. The utility model can stably operate for a long term under the optimal technological conditions, the quota of raw material consumption can be further reduced, the discharge amount becomes less, and the influence to environment is reduced.
一种螺旋式无筛板沸腾氯化炉,沸腾段的底部设有密封罩,密封罩底部有排渣口,密封罩上部的罩壳中埋设有多个环绕密封罩壁分布的氯气喷管,密封罩外围套有环形稳压管,所述氯气喷管的末端就近接于环形稳压管上。由于氯气喷管偏向设置,可以形成类似“龙卷风”的旋转气流,高钛渣可以稳定的悬浮在气流中,因此可维持良好的流化状态,其沸腾氯化工况非常稳定,氯化反应效率高。本实用新型可在最优化工艺条件下长期稳定运行,可使原料的消耗定额进一步下降,并且排放少,降低了对环境的影响。
